• The applicant must be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Utah by the end of the second week in June
  • The program requires an on-site interview

The Roseman University College of Pharmacy/People’s Health Clinic Residency Program participates in the ASHP-associated Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) for applications and the National Matching Service (NMS) for the residency matching process. Required documents should be submitted through PhORCAS before the first Monday in January.  Required documents include:

  • Official Transcripts from pharmacy and pre-pharmacy education
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Letter of intent that includes the following:
    1. Career goals/professional vision
    2. Patient care philosophy
    3. Teaching philosophy
  • Three references with the following preferences
    1. APPE preceptor in patient care
    2. Employer
    3. Faculty advisor
    4. Other faculty
  • (Optional) The Pharmacy Curriculum Outcomes Assessment (PCOA) score report
